A troubling pattern is emerging in Europe of a crack down on anyone who criticises government policies, inlcuding, artificially engineered pandemics, wasteful vaccine campaigns, contrived financial crashes and debt mountains and plans for a world war three. Polish investigative journalist Rafal Gawronski has to spend 45 days in prison without even being sentenced for any crime at all. He was not allowed to use a phone for two weeks. His family and supporters have only just been able to find out where he is after he was arrested for „slander“ outside the President’s Palace in Warsaw – and simply because he reports the facts about the mysterious Smolensk plane crash incident. Natascha Koch, Rainer Hoffmann and Christine Persch are other internet bloggers who have faced or are facing persecution, detention and arrest in Austria and Germany in the last few weeks. As Christine Cote points out in her letter to Judge Lauer, I am also the victim of an attempt to misuse the laws on legal guardianship to detain me and strip me of all my rights simply because I have criticised the overhyped swine flu pandemic and vaccination campaign. Parallel to manipulating files and making false accusations that I am incapable of handling my inheritance that are supposed to justify the need for a legal guardianship, the Austrian corruption state prosecutor has been caught red-handed faking criminal charges to bury my own criminal charges. My criminal charges filed on Friday July 23rd offer documented proof that the accusations of Judge Lauer are false, and are up on the Wake News website for everyone to see. But clearly, the Austrian government is not hooked into the internet age and beleived it can steamroll on. To block a proper investigation into this shocking incident, the corruption state prosecutor Katja Wallenschewski even invented fake charges. She sent me a letter on July 27th informing me that criminal charges filed by Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote had been dropped. Shortly afterwards, Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote contacted me after they heard about the case on the internet to say they never filed any criminal charges. They had, in fact, protested my persecution as well as the persecutionof others, and such a letter can never be turned into a criminal charges by a state prosecutor, especially not then when there was absolutely no investigation and they were dropped within days after I filed my charges. By cynically turning a protest letter into illusory criminal charges, and dropping those fake charges at top speed without investigating just two working days after I filed charges, the prosecutor had an excuse to drop my own charges, giving hard evidence proving the lie after lie of the judge, and continue to hound me, discredit me and eventually detain me. In addition, if these fake charges – (I have asked to see the files to find out what these charges are) – that go under my name also give the impression of mental instability I can be arrested and detained at any moment if there is also a staged threat and I am accused of it. This is the set up which was used to detain Austrian blogger Natascha Koch a few weeks ago. In my own case, the webmaster of the flucase.com, Johan Niklasson, also posted an inflammatory report inciting people to mindless violence called the „10,000 list“ on July 4th while blocking my access. It was just up long enough for screenshots to be taken and for the website to be classified as a terrorist site. I had moved back to my birdflu666 blog early in June and so was able to distance myself from the report. It was clear to me that Niklasson was sabotaging the site when it went down for three weeks in April and May. It turns out Niklasson had himself cancelled the site. Instead of renewing the domain name as requested, Niklasson closed down the flucase website this week. I refused to take over the domain name now that the website is classified as a terrorist website. My case shows just how easy it is to slip into a spider’s web of false accusations and lies put out by the authorities and the corporate minions. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. No one is safe from judges making up lies, manipulating files,and inventing fake charges as an excuse to detain someone. A screen shot from a website like the flucase can be slipped into anyone’s file. Anyone who gets in the way of governments can be tarred a terrorist and face the lock down of their bank acounts and even imprisonment. Especially, under new terrorism laws, people can be detained for the flimsiest of reasons in the USA and Europe. It is one minute to midnight. The people of the USA and Europe are being pressured to take ever more inadeqately tested and damaging vaccines – and the punishment for spreading facts about vaccines is becoming ever more draconian. It is time to say stand up and take back control of our health and our lives and our governments by voting in honest people. The US Constitution makes it a duty to resist tyrannical government. The EU Convention on Human Rights upholds our right to freedom and security also from tyrannical government. The legal principles formulated during the Nuremberg Trials of top Nazis, including Nazi doctors and judges, also makes it a duty to resist totalitarian governments. These legal principles are still binding in Germany today. Only a parliamentary vote can overturn them. You should also have been able to handle the case involving the pharmaceutical company Baxter and its contamination 72 kilos of seasonal flu material with the bird flu virus in Orth an der Donau in February 2009, nearly sparking a global bird flu pandemic, according to the Times of India, among others. However, you have failed to investigate and so exposed the people of Austria and indeed the world to a grave danger. It was left to me, a science journalist, to file charges against Baxter to inititate an investigation. You were informed of my charges in an email that I sent you on April 8th 2009. I have a copy of that email. It must have been clear to you that the contamination of the flu material was deliberate given the existence of biosafety level 3 regulations in the laboratory in Orth an der Donau where the contamination occurred. The contaminated flu vaccine material was sent to 16 labs in four countries. Only the vigilance of a lab technician in the Czech lab detected the contamination and prevented an outbreak of a deadly pandemic. Such a pandemic could have led to a devastating loss of life not just in Austria but around the entire globe, killing potentially millions of people and leading to mass forced vaccination. The bird flu virus has a far higher mortality rate than the swine flu virus. In spite of the fact, you had in your possession a full copy of the charges on April 8th, 2009, and the evidence that Baxter triggered the pandemic simply in order to profit from it, you failed to carry out any investigation. It is important to emphasise the existence of the biosafety level 3 regulations make such an accidental contamination virtually impossible. In September 2009 the investigation initiated by Dr Apostol of the Vienna State Prosecutor’s office were quietly dropped by state prosecutors in Korneuburg. I was denied access to the files. Only the glare of publicity on the alternative media appears to have acted as a brake to a repeat of the Baxter contamination incident. Your non existent investigations certainly didn’t. A few weeks after the incident, the swine flu virus mysteriously appeared in Mexico City in April 2009. In the meantime, investigations by Parliamentary Assembly of European Council and the BMJ among others have established that WHO facilitated the declaration of a pandemic emergency on behalf of the pharamceutical companies in order to increase their profit. Less attention has been given to the fact that the pandemic vaccines were not propertly tested but given to populations as an experimental drug according to the correct definition of that term, causing potentially grave damage. Even less attention was given to the pandemic emergency laws that allowed forced vaccination and quarantine, also in Austria. These issues were explored on the alternative media, and I, as a journalist who has worked for Nature, the BMJ among others, brought these facts to the attention of people around the world. In the end, the number of people ready to take the vaccine in Austria was very low in spite of the exhortions of the Austrian government and the media funded by the Austrian government. 4% took it! Now I, who gave accurate information on the swine flu pandemic and vaccine, find myself being subject to the brutal persecution by the Austrian justice system. Judges and state prosecutors are attempting to use a special feature of the Austrian law – the Sachwalterscahft or legal guardianship – to strip me of all my civil rights, including my right to adminsiter the inheritance of my father, Dr Matthias Bürgermeister. Once under such a legal guardianship, I can be consigned to a mental asylum by the legal guardian appointed by the court. Such an illegal consignment recently occured in the case of blogger and critic Natascha Koch. Only a public outcry resulted in her being released after three days. The claims that the judges are making to place me under the legal guardianship are completely false and I have all the documents proving they are false. Yet the process to put me under a legal guardianship appears to be proceeding at full speed in spite of your knowledge. The Volksanwaltombudstelle informed you officially weeks ago. I have rung up the Justizombudstellte several times asking for an end to what is essence a crime – for it is a crime for judges to attempt to put people under a legal guardianship using false accusations when they know they are false. You as Justice Minister are surely fully informed about my case since you must be aware of the birdflu scandal. But you who appear to be wishing to make the Austrian justice system a part of a new dictatoship where anyone who criticises the government or reveals information about the unlawful activities of pharmaceutical companies and banks faces the removal of all their civil rights under false accusations by judges. You have forced me to take extraordinary steps to constantly file documents proving my innocence to countless judicial bodies when they should have intervened long ago to stop this farce of a legal process which is just a guise to detain me. All appearance of an independent justice system has long been abandoned in Austria with investigations into the Hypo Niederösterreich, Hypo Alpe Adria and Buwog scandals either stopped or so slow that they might never be concluded. Your relationship to the banking world has come under scrutiny following your meeting with Raiffeisen head Christian Konrad who allegedly offered you the job of Justice Minister – a metting you refused to comment on in spite of a parliamentary questions on it. It is inevitable that people will ask whether you are serving the interests of the banks and pharamceutical companies or the interests of the people of Austria and of justice in your actions. The evidence of your track record shows a flagrant disregard for your duties in respect of investigating the Baxter scandal – and a brutal willingness to allow the persecution on the basis of proven lies of critics of the government in respect of the my legal guardianship process. Given Austria’s recent history under the Nazis, comparisons with that era will inevitably be drawn. During the Nuremberg trials, judges, industrialists and doctors were held to account for their role in the monstrous crimes against humanity. I believe the time has come to hold you responsible for your role in allowing law and justice to be destroyed in Austria and in a way that endangers not just the Austrian people but all people in Europe, and indeed around the world, primarily by your failure to investigate the Baxter scandal. I will expand on what I have said at the level of European and interneational law and I will demand an investigation. For the EU must either investigate such flagrant corruption or itself be seen to be guilty of facilitating crimes. And will the people of Europe accept that? Today I collected a letter from Judge Hannes Winge of Vienna’s Döbling Court informing me that he has stopped the court guardianship procedure initiated by Judge Michaela Lauer of Hietzing court on June 29th, 2010. Judge Winge examined the reasons given to justify a court guardianship and found they were not at all credible although he appeared to be under great external pressure to impose a guardianship on me. A big thanks to him for doing his job, for being ready to look at the facts and the evidence and for upholding the law with integrity. The consequences of a court guardianship would have been dire for me. Such a guardianship should usually only be applied to the very elderly person if they can no longer take care of their affairs, for example, because they have Alzheimers. Not even Lilliane Bettencourt at 87 has a court guardian! A court guardian has the power to make all decisions for you – take charge of your money, your property and consign you to a mental institute – and you can never get out because the court guardian makes all your decisions. Just a couple of weeks I saw the scars on the arm of Harald Matschiner, an Austrian activist, after he was given forced drugs when he was consigned to a mental asylum for a week in what appears to be a disturbing new pattern of political persecution in Austria. Judge Lauer of the Court in Hietzing initiated the court guardianship procedure in connection with settling the estate of my late father Dr Matthias Bürgermeister, who died on October 23, 2009. In Austria, the local court routinely administers estates, so you cannot escape them. In the UK, by contrast, there is no automatic involvement by the local court. A solicitor handles an estate as happened in the case of my Mother who died in London. Judge Lauer systematically misused the routine matter of winding up an estate to create excuses to put me under a court guardianship. Trivial and verifiably false as her claims were, it looked like she would get away with imposing a court guardianship on me because there seemed to be no independent mechanism of review functioning – not with the Ombudsman, not with the state prosecutors and not with the upper criminal court. This apparent absence of any independent review turned a flagrant miscarriage of justice that should have been stopped fast into a Kafkaesque nightmare. What this expereince had done is made me acutely aware of how the civil rights we have taken for granted can be snatched from under us by a corrupt judicial system. Judges and state prosecutors played a key role in the collapse of Germany into a Nazi totalitarian state. For their role in destroying justice and inventing “state crimes” and using the hollow forms of the law to hunt, arrest and imprison political opponents, the judges and prosecutors were putting on trial at Nuremberg in 1947. Special „war laws“ which created an “enemy within” and special courts were set up to deal with political opponents in Nazi Germany, and there was no shortage of judges willing to pass the death sentences on critics of Hitler. In Austria, new „terrorism“ laws which also creates an „enemy within“ and carries draconian prison sentences was due to come into force onAugust 1st, but the legislation has been postponed. The room for the misuse of such a broad law to hunt down political opponents is obviusly gigantic. A justice system that acts as the long arm of the government and the corporations that control government can sweep up and imprison people under terrorism laws who express legitimate concerns about Baxter’s contamination of 72 kilos of seasonal flu with the bird flu virus in Asutria, inadeqautely tested vaccines and other social issues. Most troubling is the fact that a corrupt segment of a judicial system in any one country, such as Austria, can now be used to arrest people in all of Europe following the introduction of the new European Arrest Warrant, trials in absentia and the European Invesigation Order. Controls on whether such arrests are based on adequate evidence appear to be inadequate. Anyone caught up in a nightmare of false accusations made by some corrupt judge in some part of Europe appears to have little chance of escaping. It was only thanks to luck that I ever got to see the note of Judge Lauer in which she gave her reasons for putting me under a court guardianship. That was why I was able to photo copy it and then produce the documents showing every statement was false – and not even that seemed to help for a long time. But how would anyone cope with false accusations coming from another country, perhaps not even knowing the precise accusations and unable to get hold of the evidence proving they were false without access to their home documents. And all this in a foreign language. The dice are loaded; the game’s outcome foregone. The Telegraph reported there has been a surge of arrests of Britons dragged to European courts under the new arrest powers. No doubt some cases are legitimate but there appear to be no adequate checks in place to stop illegitimate cases and to prevent some judges misusing their power to conduct large scale politically motivated arrests in Europe. I sincerely hope no one ever again in Europe has to experience this very modern nightmare of having to face as an individual the monolithic power of a corrupted, totalitarian state. But my experience this summer has made me think this is a distinct possibility if we do not focus attention on ensuring that our justice systems are upholding the law. The barbaric crimes of the 20th century were crimes committed by the state. Criminal states such as the Nazi German state plunged Europe into the dark ages, causing the persecution and deaths of millions in concentration camps and prisons. Today, we are standing on the brink of a new totalitarian police state because our civic rights have been so substantilly eroded by these terrorism and other laws. Ensuring every justice system upholds the law must surely be a top priority. To finish, I would like above all to thank with my heart the many thousands of people who rallied to help me, who emailed me, and spread the word and who, by their great support, kept me free. A one-sided technical ability is not intelligence either. I’m going to tell you about the latest (failed) smear attempt in this post because it speaks volumes about the Globalists low IQ level. In January I was summoned by the Austrian police to an interrogation after a police man living in Vienna and working in Germany accused me – without any evidence – of embezzlement and harassment. For the first time in my life I found myself formally called the guilty party (“Beschuldigter”) in a police investigation — much like Werner Amon — even though I had done absolutely nothing and there was no evidence. All there was were the verbal statement of the police man with no evidence to back up anything he said in the way of bank account details or emails or other documents. All the same, I was put in a position where I was forced to prove my innocence. I had to go to my bank to get old bank statements, send in my phone records and insist on the police asking for the evidence of my alleged harassment. On March 2nd, the state prosecutors in Vienna were forced to drop the charges against me because as they stated there was no evidence – something they should have noticed right at the start of their investigation. I am now going to sue the police man for false accusations. In autumn 2009, there were plans to vaccinate the entire Austrian population with the toxic swine flu jab now proven to cause autoimmune diseases such as narcolepsy . The country’s pandemic plan, like all others, even envisaged forced vaccinations and quarantines administered by the same corrupt justice officials implicated in the Kampusch paedophile ring cover up. The Austrian Health Minister Alois Stöger had even bought two doses of pandemic vaccine for every single person, so determined was he that all Austrians should get their jab. In the end only 3% of Austrians took the jab thanks to enormous efforts of the alternative media while journalists like Foederl-Schmid remained silent. In 2010, I was almost psychiatrised/put under a court guardianship three times. Each attempt failed. One attempt by a judge in Hietzing, who made a false statement, failed and two attempts to confine me by Professor Lukas Kenner, who had never met me, also failed. A pathologist at Vienna’s main hospital, the AKH, and a government-employed researcher working for the Ludwig Boltzmann – former Raiffeisen Bank chief Christian Konrad and Profil chief Christian Rainer sit on the board – Kenner made two attempts to have me psychiatrised in early 2010. It seems that psychiatrising — and murdering — whistle blowers is standard practice in Austria. Retired judge Martin Wabl wrote in Der Standard today that he was arrested and then sent to be psychiatrised by state prosecutors for offering Natascha Kampusch’s mother assistance. The psychiatrist decided he was normal as happened in my case. To get upset about injustice is actually perfectly normal and healthy. It is admittedly very dangerous in a society full of injustice and lies but it is not a sign of mental instability. As time passes, all these attempts to silence me are turning out to be much more dangerous for the Globalists. Every failed attempt to smear me just draws attention to the lawlessness of the state prosecutors and highlights the threat they are to everyone’s security. I look forward very much to the upcoming court case with Lukas Kenner and to calling people like Raiffeisen chief Christian Konrad and Profile chief Christian Rainer as witnesses. I would very much like to cross question them myself in the court. Then the party is really going to start. They should have foreseen the consequences.
