Regarding your membership in the Masonic Lodge. Please refer to my e-mail of 18 January, where I ask you to explain further for your membership in Masonic lodge, including the relationships it creates the Masons Henrik Lunde and Willy Dalheim. In retrospect, I have been informed that the judge Svein Alsaker of Bergen is a member of the same lodge as you, the so-called John lodge, Oscar. It is very worrying and very little confidence-building that both the attorney and the judge participates in the same case and keep information about their membership in the Masonic lodge secret, before I even know this from others. There is also concern that this type of inquiry is not answered and asked about an early account of the obstacles that you have with Alsaker judge, attorney Willy Dalheim and former judge and lawyer Henrik Lunde in relation to the Masonic Order.

Det vises til min e-post av 18 januar, hvor jeg ber deg redegjøre nærmere for ditt medlemskap i frimurerlosjen, herunder hvilke relasjoner dette skaper til frimurerne Henrik Lunde og Willy Dalheim. I ettertid er jeg blitt gjort kjent med at også lagdommer Svein Alsaker i Bergen er medlem av samme losje som du, den såkalte Johanneslosjen, Oscar. Det er svært bekymringsfullt og særdeles lite tillitskapende at både statsadvokat og dommer deltar i samme sak og holder informasjonen om sine medlemskap i frimurerlosjen hemmelig, før jeg selv får vite dette av andre. Det er videre bekymringsfullt at denne type henvendelse ikke besvares og det bes nå om en snarlig redegjørelse for hvilke bindinger som du har med lagdommer Alsaker, advokat Willy Dalheim og tidligere dommer og advokat Henrik Lunde i relasjon til denne frimurerordenen.

I note with interest that the lawyer and partner in Thommesssen, Sverre E. Koch is accused of Economic Crime and personally demanded 1.8 billion of Tax Administration. I note further that adv Koch is a partner in the same company that the Trusteeship Council leader, Christian Bruusgaard adv.
My question is: What has the Trusteeship Council made in relation to the allegations which is aimed at adv Koch in Thommessen?
