Republicans believe in less government, lower taxes and a responsible fiscal policy that is able to protect our neediest citizens, maintain the Maine quality of life and balances jobs and the economic growth with responsible environmental practices.

Preamble:
In the course of a nation’s history, it is natural that political philosophies will evolve which run contrary to the original principles evident at the time of that nation’s founding. A nation founded in tyranny will by its nature spawn sentiment in direct opposition to that tyranny. Conversely, a nation which is dedicated to protecting the rights of its people, and seeks to bind the excesses of power which naturally accrue to governments, is subject to the evolution of factions which strive to throw off those shackles of restraint and gather power and influence over the people. Freedom is not a pre-existing condition into which everyone is delivered. Freedom and personal liberty are conditions of existence which are hard fought for and once won, must be maintained. Each generation must be taught anew the importance of eternal vigilance against those who would disregard the limits imposed on government, and usurp powers not granted to them by the people.
Today this state and the nation are in crisis precisely because we as a people have failed to maintain that vigilance. We have failed to pass down from one generation to another the critical knowledge and lessons that history provides. We have let rot from within, the foundation upon which freedom and prosperity must be built for it to survive.
This election cycle is unique in the history of both this state and our nation. We are presented with a situation in which WE THE PEOPLE, must re-educate ourselves and our neighbors, and put the knowledge of liberty to work in the elections this November. Years of neglect have allowed factions detrimental to the core principles of this nation, to entrench themselves in both political parties, and undermine the education of Constitutional principles vital to the survival of the republic.
The Tea Party movement is reminiscent of the principled revolt that led to the birth of the Republican Party in 1854. In June of that year, Horace Greeley referred to the newly formed Republicans as “…united to restore the Union to its true mission of champion and promulgator of Liberty…". This year it is incumbent upon those Republicans who strive to protect and defend our Constitution, to reclaim that heritage.

The campaign started mildly, with attempts by assorted individuals I had never met to get me kicked out of the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan on various spurious grounds. He told me he had 70 kilograms of Thai Stick (opium dipped marijuana) and that I had to introduce him to the Yakuza to arrange monthly shipments of these narcotics or else be killed. When I failed to fall into this obvious trap they tried many others.
The way these people operate is like street theater, they send buffoons to create artificial situations designed to entrap me but they are so incompetent and transparent it is laughable. In one case, they said that if I did not get the yakuza to deal with the supposed humiliation of one of their agent’s girlfriends, he would “two killers from Sicily to take action.” When the yakuza offered to take the Sicilians directly to the offending person (a US agent pretending to be a member of the Inagawa crime family) suddenly the whole issue was dropped.
Three attempts to murder me this year have also been stopped. One of these took place in Canada this summer at my cottage only to be forcibly stopped by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. We have now been able to trace the individuals who were ordering the murder contracts and Interpol is investigating them.
So, the campaign is now focused on smearing my reputation. Close associates of mine have been approached by Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate agents carrying a “dossier on Benjamin Fulford.” The dossier includes transcripts of ex-girlfriends private conversations about me, pictures of me drunk, pictures of my colleagues with their former boyfriends, transcripts of my private conversations and more. They even went so far as to induce a miscarriage in my fiancé because, according to one of their top agents, “my getting married to her would ruin their plan to portray me as a sexual deviant with multiple partners.”
The dossier they have is shown only to powerful people with the aim of portraying me as an alcoholic, drug addicted, megalomaniac pervert who cannot be trusted. In their detailed analysis of me they point out, for example, that I look sideways briefly when I lie (actually that is me thinking carefully about my response to sensitive questions).
The other part of their campaign is to try to get me to create many enemies by feeding me scandalous material about dangerous people in the hope I will publish it. That is why I am not publishing the list of Federal Reserve agents (including a prominent religious figure) that we have compiled. Instead, we will be approaching these individuals one by one and asking them to stop betraying humanity.
We would like to point out to all the people who have been shown this “file,” that it was composed by vicious cowards who are too scared to debate me openly. Ask them what is wrong with wanting to prevent genocide, end poverty, stop environmental destruction and save the planet Earth.
En tidligere spaner i overvåkingspolitiet påstår at et av de viktigste bevisene i spiondommen mot Arne Treholt - pengebeviset - var forfalsket. Han beskylder etterforskningslederen for å stå bak. Eksspaneren vil gjerne forklare seg for Gjenopptagelseskommisjonen.
- Jeg er veldig lettet. Det har ikke gått én dag uten at jeg har tenkt på uretten vi begikk mot Arne Treholt, sier eksspaneren i samtalen med Aftenposten.
- Jo, det er helt riktig. Pengebeviset i Treholt-saken er falskt, sier en tidligere spaner i Politiets overvåkningstjeneste (POT). Han fotfulgte Arne Treholt i halvannet år - frem til arrestasjonen 20. januar 1984.
Mannen som sitter foran oss er sliten og tydelig preget. Han har nettopp - i detalj - fortalt Aftenposten en sensasjonell historie.
Om grove lovbrudd begått av overvåkingspolitiet. Om hvordan han i 25 år har båret på en stor hemmelighet - om hvordan overvåkingspolitiet skal ha fabrikkert bevis mot Arne Treholt for å få ham domfelt for spionasje til fordel for Sovjetunionen.
Han er villig til å stå frem for Gjenopptagelseskommisjonen og påtalemyndigheten for å forklare seg, men ønsker ikke å stå frem med navn i Aftenposten. I alle fall ikke ennå.
Det har bare gått ett døgn siden han for første gang snakket med Treholt-advokat Harald Stabell på telefon. Stabell ba mannen sporenstreks komme til Oslo, og gjennomførte torsdag et videoavhør av ham. Det to timer lange opptaket vil bli overlevert Kommisjonen for gjenopptakelse av straffesaker.
- Jeg er veldig lettet. Det har ikke gått én dag uten at jeg har tenkt på uretten vi begikk mot Treholt, sier mannen.
Han er nå er i 60-årene, og ute av politietaten. Foran seg har han tjenestebeviset fra det som het Politiets overvåkingstjeneste (POT) og andre dokumenter som bekrefter en fortid i POT.
- Hvorfor i alle dager har du ikke sagt dette tidligere?
- Ja, det kan du si. Jeg er ikke stolt over dette. Hva kan jeg si? Jeg har vært feig. Og jeg har veldig dårlig samvittighet.
Mannen forteller at han var på nippet til å ringe Stabell da Stabell jobbet med Treholts siste begjæring om gjenopptagelse i 2008. Han håpet inderlig at Treholt skulle vinne frem.
- Det gjorde han ikke. Men da Treholt da sa at han ville sette punktum for saken, både for seg selv og sin familie, så tenkte jeg at ja, ja, da er det vel over, da, sier han.
Men det var det ikke. I forrige uke kom boken Forfalskningen - Politiets løgn i Treholt-saken med påstander om at et av de viktigste bevisene mot Treholt - pengebeviset – var forfalsket. Eksspaneren leste oppslag i Aftenposten om påstandene, og vurderte igjen å ringe Stabell. Men før han fikk seg til å slå nummeret, ringte Stabell ham. En venn av eksspaneren, som han hadde betrodd seg til, hadde tatt kontakt med Stabell og sagt at han han kjente en kar som trengte å lette sitt hjerte.
- Jeg ringte straks, og la igjen beskjed på svareren, sier Stabell.
Eksspaneren er beveget da vi spør ham om hva som gikk gjennom hodet hans da han hørte på Stabells melding på mobilsvareren.
- Endelig. Endelig skal jeg få dette ut, tenkte jeg, sier han stille.
Spanet
Mannen sier han var med på spaningen på Arne Treholt fra 1982 og frem til pågripelsen i januar 1984. I halvannet år var han del av et åttemannslag som kontinuerlig overvåket Arne Treholt og kona Kari Storækres leilighet i 2. etasje i Oscars gate 61. I en komplisert turnus tilbrakte han mesteparten av sin våkne tid i 3. etasje - med full videoovervåking og lydopptak av Treholts hovedstue - i så fall et åpenbart lovbrudd.
- En dag kom etterforskningslederen i Treholt-saken inn under lunsjen og sa at nå skulle han i banken og låne dollar for å ta bilde. Dette var etter at Treholt var arrestert, men før rettssaken.
- Er du helt sikker på tidspunktet, at det var før rettssaken?
- Ja. Helt sikker. Vi var alle klar over at det ikke ble funnet særlig med penger som kunne knyttes til KGB i Treholts koffert. Dette snakket vi mye om, vi i Treholt-teamet.
- Så du blander ikke dette sammen med den lovlige rekonstruksjonen som ble foretatt etter rettssaken i forbindelse med bevisopptak for Høyesterett?
- Nei, nei. Dette var før rettssaken.
- Så du at det ble tatt et nytt, forfalsket bilde med lånte dollar fra banken?
- Nei, det var guttene på «teknisk» som gjorde det. Jeg drev kun med spaning.
- Reagerte du ikke på det etterforskningslederen sa?
- Jo, jeg sa at slikt kan vi ikke gjøre. Jeg husker jeg sa da, eller muligens litt senere, at dette var brudd på strafferettslige regler.
- Ble du overrasket over hva etterforskningslederen sa?
- Jo, nei. Det ble jo tatt noen snarveier i POT.
- Hvordan reagerte etterforskningslederen på at du tok til motmæle?
- Han sa at det gjelder andre regler for POT, og hvis jeg hadde problemer med det, så kunne jeg finne meg en annen jobb. Det samme sa en kvinnelig kollega. Jeg ble truet til taushet.
- Men er det ikke rart at etterforskningsleder skulle snakke høyt om at han skulle begå lovbrudd?
- Alle visste at vi ikke hadde nok på Treholt. Skulle det endres på det, var det vanskelig å gjøre det uten å snakke om det.
- Var det ikke andre enn du som reagerte?
- Jo, det var spesielt én til som reagerte. Vi snakket om at dette burde vi få ut i media, men det løp ut i sanden. Du må huske at det var en ekstrem lojalitetskultur i POT. Bare tenk på at det har tatt meg 25 år før jeg snakket med dere. Da jeg senere sluttet i POT, var jeg fast bestemt på å skrive bok, men, men...
- Hvorfor skulle etterforskningslederen gjøre dette?
- Fordi vi ikke hadde bevis for spionasje. Husk, vi hadde spanet på Treholt siden 1980, og aldri, ikke en eneste gang, sett noe som kunne minne om overlevering av dokumenter til russerne. Vi hadde ingenting! Dessuten var dette en personlig sak for etterforskningslederen. Han var stolt over pågripelsen, og var redd for at Treholt skulle slippe unna.
- Jeg tror nok også det spilte inn at POT hadde behov for en stor avsløring. Bevilgningene til POT var på retur etter at Gunvor Galtung Haavik ble tatt, men økte kraftig etter at Treholt ble pågrepet. Selv fikk jeg ta MC-sertifikat og vi fikk en rekke nye motorsykler, sier han og trekker på smilebåndet.
Den tidligere spaneren anslår at anslagsvis 30 tjenestemenn og andre POT-ansatte var heltidsbeskjeftiget med Treholt-saken, inkludert etterforskere, spanere og teknikere. Han regner med at flere som deltok i spionjakten fortsatt er knuget av dårlig samvittighet. Han er ikke sikker, men tror ikke at det nødvendigvis er så mange av tjenestemennene som visste om den påståtte forfalskningen.
- Hva med daværende overvåkingssjef?
- Han er heller ikke nødvendigvis informert. Det var mulig å fabrikkere mye uten at han visste det.
- Hva med Treholt-aktorene, nåværende førstestatsadvokat Lasse Qvigstad og riksadvokat Tor-Aksel Busch?
- Nei, jeg tror etterforskningslederen kjørte sitt eget løp.
To politifolk navngis i boken Forfalskningen som POT-etterforskerne bak rapportene om de to hemmelige ransakingene.
- De to POT-ansatte som ifølge boken fabrikkerte pengebeviset, er to skikkelige gutter. Jeg vet ikke med sikkerhet om det var akkurat de som fabrikkerte bildene. Jeg var ikke der. Det jobbet rundt ti aktuelle politifolk på teknisk avdeling. Men de som gjorde det, var under press og ble tvunget. Brorparten av de POT-ansatte var nok uvitende, men minst 10-15 nåværende og tidligere ansatte i POT kjenner til sannheten. Jeg håper de og enda flere står frem for Gjenopptagelseskommisjonen og legger korpsånden til side. Sannheten må frem, sier han.
CIA-hjelp
Han sier at POT fikk hjelp av amerikanske CIA til å klargjøre leiligheten i 3. etasje for den ulovlige videoovervåkingen.
- CIA-folkene holdt på i 10–14 dager. To amerikanere kom ens ærend over Atlanterhavet for å installere det som da var det mest avanserte opptaksutstyret. De boret seg gjennom det tykke gulvet i POTs dekkleilighet ned til Treholts leilighet i 2. etasje.
- Boret gikk uhyre sakte, slik at CIA-folkene kunne bore selv når Treholt eller fruen var hjemme, uten å bli avslørt. Det gikk så sakte rundt at det knapt var synlig at det beveget seg, og var knapt hørbart. En videolinse på mindre enn et knappenålshode var alt som var synlig i taket i Treholts hovedstue.
Enormt spaningsapparat
Han sier at det døgnet rundt var to spanere i dekkleiligheten som fulgte så å si alt Treholt-familien gjorde - på søk etter fellende spionbevis. Intet som skjedde i den store stuen var skjult for overvåkerne.
- Vi så alt på en svart/hvit TV-skjerm. Vi noterte ned alt som kunne være av interesse. Vi kunne se når Treholt tok seg en lur på sofaen, lekte med sønnen i stuen eller når ekteparet hadde venner på besøk. Og straks vi så Treholt knytte på seg joggeskoene, gjorde vi det samme. Jeg har vel knapt noen gang vært i bedre form. Treholt var sprek, og vi måtte følge ham tett for å sjekke om han møtte KGB-kontakter eller kanskje la fra seg en melding til oppdragsgivere på avtalt sted.
- Men det må jo ha vært en gedigen risiko for at Treholt oppdaget dere hvis han kunne observere at de samme folkene til stadighet trente på samme tidspunkt som ham?
- Nei, ikke egentlig. Vi smilte og nikket gjenkjennende, slik joggere gjør til hverandre. Treholt tenkte nok at vi i likhet med ham var ute på vår faste løpetur. Spesielt ofte fulgte vi ham i Frognerparken.
POT-kilden spanet på Treholt i Norge. Da Treholt var i utlandet, var det annet team som fulgte ham.
- Vi hadde aldri noe bevis at Treholt var russisk spion, til tross for uendelig mange timer foran TV-monitoren i dekkleiligheten, og i forfølging av objektet. På de mest heftige operasjonene kunne 10-15 biler være involvert i å følge Treholt på kjøretur. Du kan si det slik at jeg er blitt ganske godt kjent på Hadeland (Treholts hjemsted).
Rask ransaking
Eksspaneren forteller at han vet om to ransakinger av Treholts leilighet, men husker ikke noen datoer. Han sier det godt kan ha vært flere, uten at han vet om det. POT har selv opplyst at de gjennomførte ransakinger 17. mai og 22. august 1983. På den siste datoen påstår politiet at de fant pengesedlene som angivelig skulle knytte ham til spionasje til fordel for Sovjetunionen. I en rapport fra 22. august-ransakingen forteller tjenestemennene hvordan de anslo beløpet i Treholts koffert til anslagsvis 30.000 dollar, fordelt på tre konvolutter. De skal ha fotografert innholdet i Treholts attachékofferten på dobbeltsengen i soverommet. Det hele var, ifølge rapporten, unnagjort på 33 minutter.
Det er denne rapporten forfatterne av boken Forfalskningen påstår er fabrikkert.
. Jeg så de to fra POTs tekniske avdeling gå raskt i de rom vi videoovervåket, og til andre rom. De lette i bokhyller og andre steder. Treholts attachékoffert åpnet de på et bord i stuen, ikke på soverommet, som oppgitt i ransakingen 22. august. De tok noe hvitt ut av kofferten, kanskje konvolutter med penger. For de fant penger der. Men jeg så ikke det på video. På skjermen var det noe hvitt som også kan ha vært ett A4-ark. Monitoren var liten og i svart/hvitt - ikke i farger. Rett etterpå fikk jeg høre at de ikke fant så mye penger.
Spaneren sier han så at teknikerne hadde med seg kamera.
- Men minnet er litt svakt akkurat her. Jeg husker ikke om det ble tatt mange bilder, men jeg husker at de sa at det var så mørkt i leiligheten at de ga opp å få skikkelige bilder. Det sa det var nødvendig med blitz, men droppet det, av frykt for å bli oppdaget av naboer eller andre som kunne være utenfor.
- Har du lyst til å treffe Treholt igjen?
- Akkurat det her jeg tenkt en del på, sier han. Eksspaneren forteller at han, etter at Treholt var satt i varetekt på Politihuset i Oslo, løp sammen med Treholt på taket.
- Vi løp sammen, mens et håndjern bandt oss sammen. Vi ble jo ganske godt kjent etter hvert.
- Men ønsker du å treffe ham igjen?
- Hvis Treholt vil, så ja.
Etterforskningslederen avviser alt
Etterforskningslederen i Treholt-saken benekter bevisjuks.
Telefonsamtalen er ganske kort. Aftenposten forteller at en tidligere kollega av etterforskningslederen i Politiets overvåkningstjeneste nå står frem og retter kraftige påstander mot ham. Han har ikke behov for å høre hva den tidligere POT-mannen har fortalt om det indre liv i Politiets overvåkningstjeneste (POT) under jakten på Treholt.
- Det jeg har å si, det har jeg sagt til Qvigstad (Lasse Qvigstad, aktor i Treholt-saken, red.anm.), sier han.
På spørsmål om han vil kommentere at den tidligere POT-mannen kommer med krasse påstander mot ham, svarer etterforskningslederen:
- Det er hans problem. Det jeg sier er sannheten.
- Så du sier som daværende overvåkingssjef Jostein Erstad, at påstandene om bevisjuks er tull?
- Det er min oppfatning. Men nå stopper vi, ikke sant? er hans siste ord om saken før samtalen avsluttes.
- POT-varslere må vernes
Tidligere POT-ansatte har fryktet bråk med sin tidligere arbeidsgiver. Medforfatter av Forfalskningen, Geir Selvik Malthe-Sørenssen, tror det er årsaken til at ingen tidligere har stått frem.
- De som nå velger å stå frem, risikerer å bryte taushetsplikten. Nå må de vernes som varslere. Det er viktig at flere står frem og forteller hva som skjedde, sier forfatteren.
- Jeg tror det er enklere nå, fordi de har boken å lene seg til. De som vil lette sin samvittighet, står ikke alene, sier han.Må frifinnes. Malthe-Sørenssen mener det er grunnlag nok for å få saken opp på nytt. Han ser en eneste utgang på saken, at Treholt frifinnes.
- Skjelettene faller nå ut av skapet. Det er nok av nytt i boken til å gjenåpne saken. Det som nå skjer med POT-mannen som står frem, er bare forsterker grunnlaget ytterligere, sier forfatteren. POT-mannen som nå står frem, understreker at han ikke er identisk med POT-kilden som det refereres til i boken Forfalskningen.
Sitat: Senterpartiets frontfigur i Trondheim, Tone Sofie Aglen, sier helt overraskende nei til gjenvalg. Og det å være én som representerer et lite parti, gjør at mye faller på meg. Jeg stiller meg stadig spørsmålet: Gjør jeg en god nok jobb? Dessuten kan jeg ikke fordra valgkamp, sier hun. - Valgkamp handler om å love og lyve mest mulig. Jeg synes det er grusomt, sier Aglen. - Må ha tykk hud ..
George Karavelis has publicly asked when I found out about the death of Christopher Story. The answer is that I was informed he was alive by a senior member of MI6 that his death was fake because they were afraid I would set in motion actions to avenge his death. The article I wrote about the group behind his murder is something I wrote before I found out he was still alive so I did not deliberately lie in that article. It was after that article appeared that "they" informed me he was still alive. That would have been sometime in early August.
I have not heard any details other than that he was alive and his death was faked in order to put pressure on certain factions in the battle for control of the new financial system. They asked me not to mention his death and, usually if a source tells me to keep something off the record, I do so in order not to lose the confidence of that source. That is why I kept silent for a while. In this case, I was forced to break my promise to the source because there was an intensive campaign on the net to blame me for Story's death. Story did not help his case because he falsely accused me of threatening him. He can be a prickly character but that is part of his charm.
I have also since heard that Story was forced to agree to his faked death and become silent or else be "horizontalised" because certain very powerful people were upset with his disclosures.
We are hoping to use money earned by our subscription blog to hire a reporter in London to try to fill the gap he left. This may take a couple of more months to set into motion. We all miss his reporting and the gap he left will be hard to fill.
10. januar 2010. En av Trondheims mest profilerte advokater, Venil Katharina Thiis , velger å avslutte sin advokatpraksis. I dette intervjuet med Lajla Ellingsen i Adresseavisen tar hun et knallhardt oppgjør med rettsapparat og barnevern. – Den første saken om omsorgsovertakelse som jeg førte i 1992 etter den gamle loven, vant min klient. Nå i november vant jeg igjen – det var min siste sak. Alle sakene i fylkesnemnda mellom disse sakene har jeg tapt. Ikke én gang har det blitt nei til omsorgsovertakelse.
Hva skulle barnevernet gjort i stedet? – De må legge en god plan for hvordan de kan hjelpe disse foreldrene. I stedet legges planer for omsorgsovertakelse. For meg er det et grusomt paradoks at jeg har klienter i den mye omtalte Oslovei-saken som nå får en halv million fordi de ble dårlig behandlet – og så skjer det samme i dag i kommunal regi, bare med ny innpakning.
Hvilken innpakning er det du snakker om? – Det er masse fine ord i nemnda. Du har psykologer som engasjeres av kommunene og som har en vesentlig del av sitt inntektsgrunnlag derfra. I neste sak er de beslutningstakere som sakkyndige meddommere i fylkesnemnda. I retten sier de at bare det blir omsorgsovertakelse skal barna få trygghet og raushet. Sannheten er at barna ofte flyttes fra fosterhjem til fosterhjem og kanskje også til barnevernsinstitusjon. Fosterhjemmene er både bra og dårlige. Men fosterhjemmet er alltid en vanskelig setting for en som kommer utenfra og som har opplevd traumet å bli tatt fra sine egne foreldre. Man er også mye mer sårbar for seksuelle overgrep i fosterhjem – kontrollen med vold og overgrep er ikke god.
Peker du nå på psykologene som de verste i systemet? – Psykologene bidrar til det lekre innpakningspapiret i sølv, gull og med sløyfe på med sine honnørord og sitt maktspråk.
Mener du at man tar altfor mange barn fra foreldrene sine? – Ja. De burde fått hjelp der de er, på en enkel og god måte. De som blir fratatt sine barn er ofte flotte, velmenende mennesker som ikke helt klarer hverdagen og som selv ber om hjelp – og blir dolket i ryggen. Uten at barnevernet har forsøkt å legge en god plan for dem.
Men består ikke barnevernet av hardt arbeidende, ofte idealistiske mennesker? – Jeg ser jo bare én del av barnevernet, de som er aktive i forbindelse med tvangssakene. De som driver godt forebyggende arbeid, som jobber hardt, gir nærhet og gjør en uvurderlig innsats, har ikke jeg møtt så mange av i rollen som advokat. Men samtidig mener jeg det må være noe grunnleggende galt med hele systemet.
Hvilke motiv skal man ha for å kjøre i gang omsorgsovertakelse uten at det er strengt nødvendig? – Det handler om maktmennesker i et system som har behov for å heve seg over andre. En klient hos oss opplevde å komme i møte hvor hun fikk beskjed om at de ville anlegge sak for å ta fra henne barnet. Møtet ble avsluttet med at barnevernets representant ville ha en klem. Jeg vet ikke hva det er – dumskap eller en fullstendig forvillet rolleforståelse. Jeg mener barnevernet burde erstattes av et nytt system. Det må være et system bygd opp på en helt annen måte hvor adgang til tvang forbeholdes ekstremtilfellene. Troen på at tvang løser konflikt er merkelig. Man trenger ikke ta vekk mora fra et barn for å gi barnet gode oppvekstvilkår – så lenge mora ikke slår barnet. Man må bare være flinke til å følge opp og putte inn det som mangler underveis.
Det virker som du er veldig opptatt av foreldrene? – Jeg er ikke opptatt av å slåss for at udugelige foreldre skal få fortsette å ødelegge ungene sine. Men det er svært sjelden jeg ser det. Og jeg spør meg: Hvor er de sakene med seksuelle overgrep? Barnevernet skal verne barn mot det verste av det verste. Men jeg har nesten aldri vært borti en sak hvor barna blir tatt fra foreldre på grunn av seksuelle overgrep. Det skyldes selvsagt ikke at overgrepene ikke skjer, men at barnevernet har svært dårlig kompetanse på feltet.
Og nå orker du ikke mer av dette? – Klientene kommer til meg med klokkertro på rettsapparatet – og så blir resultatet aldri noe annet enn fortvilelse. Nå er det ikke alle som skal vinne. Men når jeg ser at det blir urimelig, stygt og partisk, når hele saksgjennomgangen bare er en forestilling med et gitt resultat. Da tenker jeg: Dette orker jeg ikke mer av.
Har det blitt verre? – Før kunne jeg for eksempel si til et overgrepsoffer i en straffesak at dette tror jeg vil gå bra. Den siste tida har jeg bare sagt at du må være forberedt på alt – du må være forberedt på det mest vanvittige resultat. Jeg vet ikke om det er jeg som har forandret meg eller om det er apparatet som har blitt verre. Jeg tror dessverre det siste. Rettssikkerheten har blitt svekket.

I Eidskog har de en antimobbekampanje gående og til helga skal det være et stort fredsarrangement i kommunen. - Da skal folk få slippe å se VG-oppslaget i dag når de kommer for å kjøpe melk og brød, sier Per Arne Tollefsbøl. The illegal interrogation of investigative journalists in Austria on the basis of orders from German state prosecutors could herald the start of a new international media censorship apparatus if not checked, Engelbert Washietl has warned.
Munich state prosecutors sent a request to Vienna prosecutors this August to summon Austrian journalists reporting on the Hypo Alpe Adria bank scandal for an interrogation by the local police as a first step to charging them for actions that are crimes in Germany but not in Austria.
Journalists from Austria’s news magazine Profil were summoned to a police station on September 10th and 15th and interrogated about their financial affairs. They were labelled as “guilty parties” in the legal action, and they may even have ended up being charged although they had broken no laws in Austria. A public outcry forced the justice officials to admit their mistake.
Altogether five journalists were summoned for such interrogations in Austria because they quoted directly from court files on the Hypo Alpe Adria affair, which is allowed in Austria, but not in Germany.
“What is being attempted here is the setting up of a supranational structure to gag the media when these are working on supranational scandals,” said Engelbert Washietl in a newspaper comment.
He warned that any media investigation of international banking scandals could be blocked by an international censorship apparatus, in this specific case involving state prosecutors in Germany and Austria trying to stop information about a banking scandal involving high-ranking Austrian and German politicians reaching the public.
If this is legal or acceptable, the logical consequence would be that any journalist working anywhere in Europe could be interrogated and even imprisoned on the basis of laws that are specific only to one country.
For example, if Latvia introduces a media law banning the use of the word like say Iceland, financial crisis, UKIP or Deutschmark, then journalists anywhere in Europe could be charged for using such words. Any government that wishes to suppress investigative journalists in their own country just has to to contact appropriately malleable justice officials in some other country in Europe to do the gagging for them.
Government Agents Seize Oath Keeper's New Born From Hospital, Concord Hospital, NH, Wed. Oct. 7th, 2010
Last Night John Irish & Stephanie Janvrin had their new born baby girl taken away by government officials because of their involvement with Oath Keepers, a non violent constitutional organization. According to Irish, The Director of Security and the Head Nurse of the Hospital said "we want the pediatrician to check the baby in the nursery so that you can go home." The baby was wheeled out in the bassinet under the protest of Irish. Irish followed them out and took note of 3-4 men wearing suits with detective badges as well as 3 police officers.
The Division of Family Child Services proceeded to pat down John and inform the parents they would be taking the daughter. "They Stole our Child" says John Irish. An Affidavit was produced that claimed an affiliation with a militia called Oath Keepers. Irish claims Oath Keepers is a non violent organization. John and Stephanie were able to spend a few minutes with their daughter and were forced to leave. A security officer escorted the two out of the hospital.
I have a copy of the affidavit and I can tell you that it says verbatim these words "The Division became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as "Oath Keepers", and had purchased several different types of weapons including a rifle, handgun and a taser." (none of which is illegal, and anyone who has ever been to oathkeepers website knows that they are not a "militia".
