WASHINGTON - U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter on Tuesday lost a Democratic primary in his bid for a sixth term after taking the risky step of switching from the GOP.
Voters picked U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak as the party's nominee and rejected the 80-year-old Specter in his first Democratic campaign since his Republican Party defection.
With 93 percent of precincts reporting, Sestak received 520,479 votes, or 54 percent; Specter received 446,281 votes, about 46 percent.
Sestak took the podium at a suburban Philadelphia military academy to speak to supporters amid shouts of "Joe! Joe!" Joe!"
"This is what Democracy looks like," he yelled. "A win for the people over the establishment, over the status quo, even over Washington, D.C."
The vote also was a defeat for President Barack Obama, who supported Specter when he abandoned the Republican Party last year. In speaking briefly to supporters at a downtown Philadelphia hotel after the race was called, Specter thanked Obama for his support.

Undertegnede har sendt mange forespørsler til aktuelle institusjoner og fikk kun svar fra Nasjonalt folkehelseinstitutt, men svarene innholdt ikke forespurt dokumentasjon. De kunne ikke skaffe det. 1 + 1 = 2. Fokehelseinstituttet + manglende dokumentasjon = svindel. Det blir som å kjøpe en bil som leverandøren ikke kan påvise motor i, og mangler dokumentasjon. Programmet som nå går på nrk1 blir tilsvarende oppsiktsvekkende. For noen minutter siden ble en person vist som var i livsvare på grunn av såkalt svineinfluensa, men hvordan vet de det når det ikke eksisterer en fungerende test på h1n1? The 28-page document sat open to the world for one week however, and some of the elements of the document which were open to the public for one week might confirm some of the alleged participation of Vision Airlines in the CIA’s extraordinary rendition programme, as documented in the 2006 report of Dick Marty to the inquiry of the European Parliament. SEC Says New Financial Regulation Law Exempts it From Public Disclosure

So much for transparency.
Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
The law, signed last week by President Obama, exempts the SEC from disclosing records or information derived from "surveillance, risk assessments, or other regulatory and oversight activities." Given that the SEC is a regulatory body, the provision covers almost every action by the agency, lawyers say. Congress and federal agencies can request information, but the public cannot.
That argument comes despite the President saying that one of the cornerstones of the sweeping new legislation was more transparent financial markets. Indeed, in touting the new law, Obama specifically said it would “increase transparency in financial dealings."
The SEC cited the new law Tuesday in a FOIA action brought by FOX Business Network. Steven Mintz, founding partner of law firm Mintz & Gold LLC in New York, lamented what he described as “the backroom deal that was cut between Congress and the SEC to keep the SEC’s failures secret. The only losers here are the American public.”

Let me summarize my own involvement in the revolution. It started when, as a mainstream financial journalist (working for Forbes and other publications) I started investigating the Japanese bad debt crisis. I soon found out that over half the bad debts in the entire Japanese banking system (over $1 trillion) were held by yakuza gangsters. I then cultivated yakuza sources who told me they were middlemen who worked for David Rockefeller, the Rothschilds and other Western oligarchs. After I wrote books in Japanese about this, the yakuza tried to have me assassinated in Sakhalin, Russia. As a result, I created insurance files containing hundreds of hours of conversations with top yakuza that I had secretly recorded. These files will only be made public if I am killed.
Then my colleague the Forbes Moscow Bureau Chief Paul Klebnikov was murdered because, unknown to him, he was getting too close to the same cabal.
Later, I confronted former Japanese Finance Minister Heizo Takenaka about his role in handing control of Japan’s savings to a cabal of Western oligarchs (I have a video of the meeting). After this, Takenaka sent a self-described assassin to tell me I could join the cabal and become Finance Minister of Japan or else be murdered (I have this on tape). He also said the cabal wanted to kill 4 billion people in order to “save the environment.” At this point an Asian secret society approached me and offered protection. I told them to urge Asian and other countries to stop financing the cabal’s war machine. That is when the current financial war began to rage. The cabal tried to jack up food and oil prices. The Asians responded by buying commodities futures and demanding physical delivery.
As the war raged on, I was contacted by senior members of Western intelligence/defense agencies who explained they were also battling the same cabal. These are the people who have been seeking justice ever since the cabal assassinated President Kennedy. The “white hats,” in the Western military/intelligence complex then asked for help in bankrupting the cabal’s source of power: The Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate. They wanted to do this by cashing trillions of dollars worth of gold backed bonds in order to jump-start a new metals backed financial system that would replace the Feds. The P2 Masonic lodge offered to help and the bonds were put into the custody of Daniele Dal Bosco, their representative.
Later I was invited to Italy by the P2 Freemason lodge. While in Milan, I came down with a violent lung sickness that nearly killed me. Sources in the CIA told me the cabal had tried to kill me with a virus and that I was “not meant to leave Italy alive.” Dal Bosco then absconded with the bonds and took them to an organization known as the OITC. According to CIA and NSA intercepts, Dal Bosco also hired professional hit men to have me assassinated. Two teams of professional assassins, one Italian and one South Korean, were subsequently spotted near my house in Tokyo. The cabal was hoping to keep the financial system under their control by using the OITC to provide them with a veneer of legitimacy. By all reports the nominal head of the OITC, R.C. Dam, is a very nice person. He was also at one point given the job of custodian of a pool of gold belonging to a large group of countries and royal families. President Suharto of Indonesia was the original custodian but he was murdered by the cabal not long after they killed Kennedy.
Dam was his heir but, since he was raised by the CIA and his organization was infiltrated by criminals, the nations and royal families removed his accreditation. As for the two Japanese arrested in Italy with $134.5 billion in bonds, (Yamaguchi and Watanabe), I am not in a position to judge their qualifications. Nor do I know who is behind the “dragon family.” My own view is that finance is the process of deciding what humanity should do in the future. This is not a process that should be monopolized by a small group of in-bred families but rather by humanity as a whole.
The structures set up after World War 2 to govern the planet are out-dated and need to be rebuilt from the ground up. The IMF, the World Bank, the BIS and the United Nations need to be totally revamped and/or replaced. My critics have questioned my association with Asian secret societies but as far as I am concerned, they saved my life from the cabal many times. The cabal has tried to have me killed at least 6 times and so I have a legitimate need of protection. Our alliance rose spontaneously in response to the cabal’s plans to murder 4 billion humans and establish a totalitarian world government. The organizations that oversee the world’ various martial arts societies have offered us their support and protection. This is being done in order to save the planet.

What is known and certain – Polish governement military plane TU154M nr101 (let's say Air Force One) in the distance 2 kilometres from airport runway was posistioned on hight 100 – 120 metres above ground and in the same time was dislocated from the landing course line about 80 metres in horizontal. So already by that time the horizontal plane course orientation was abused.Following that research while distance 1 kilometer from airport landing runway has been achieved by plane with Polish President and 95 top leaders on board – plane was flying just only 2-3 meters above ground and his position in accord to landing runway lane was fake and diffrent from factual by 40 metres away. In that condition considering team of top trained and experienced military pilots and most secured and equipped with most modern electronic and independent satelite devices Polish Air Force One plane – something is terribly wrong !!!
What was quite suggestive was comment made after crash from the field where tragedy took place by Russian military pilot Aleksand Koronczyk who is living just opposite in that location. After walk and analyse of broken small trees he stated surprised – „pilot was searching for landing runway in that place however he understood that there is not one, why he was there, it is unbolievable...”. No wonders that that straight just after the crash Russian governement services has removed and cut all left trees in area, to get rid of evidence.
Comming now to airport technical equipment – the plane location towards the landling field including hight attitude and distance to beggining of airport landing runway is requested by airport devices installed on the ground called NDB (Non Directional Beacons) which were in case of Smolens Airport installed in non standard manner and positions anyway. Lets not forget that NDB in mobile version can be used to equip any airstrip with almost instatnt navigation as was done tree days before the tragedy at that same Smolensk airport while PM Wladimir Putin was arriving. Simplicity to dislocate NDB to fake positions is unlimited then.But obviously pilots of Polish Air Force One had 5 independant measures comming from different technological solutions as for example satelite TAWS system which is able to show even the terrain graphic view below flying plane including the trees and buildings or other objects and giving loud warnings about objects in the distance on the way and programmed to direct the plane to proper landing position towards airport landing way. How to cheat over TAWS – there is only one known way – MEACONING. Small device is receiving the geographical positioning signal from satelite and resending the fake one back which is arriving to the plane cocpit equipped with TAWS precisious systems. That device unit is that small but strong and efficient that could easy operate from for example small van located in distance even 70 kilometres from the target.What makes it more simple – in Smolensk we have Nuclear Power Plant. After 11 september 2001 while terrorist has used civil planes to target strategic infrastructures and building each important sites over world as especially nuclear plants has been equipped with MEACONING SYSTEMS to respond in case of risk of similar PLANE SUICIDE ATTACK and avoid enviromental disaster causing death of many citizens and uncontrolled pollution.
Considering above facts and strange behaviour of Polish Air Force One just before tragedy I do believe it is worth to believe that there is sense to make sure if that systems were not activated in morning 10.04.2010 in Smolensk.
